Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Truedigital Consulting India Private Limited, operating under the brand TD Ventures.

All payments on tdventures.in are for digital services.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service was not accessed. No refunds after 7 days or after service has been used.

Refund requests must be emailed to ceo@tdventures.in with order ID. Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Razorpay/Cashfree transaction fees are non-refundable.

Users may cancel their subscription or access plan at any time from their account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. No partial refunds for unused periods within a billing cycle. One-time purchases such as investor reveal or data room access are non-cancellable after access is granted.
